Ingredients

Main Layers

  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning of choice (or make your own)
  • 1 (14-ounce) container Good Foods Chunky or Spicy Guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa of choice
  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free sour cream or dairy-free plain yogurt (or omit if desired)

Vegetable Toppings

  • ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, diced

Additional Toppings

  • ½ cup Good Foods Spicy Queso Blanco Dip
  • For garnish: thinly sliced jalapeño peppers, sliced black olives, chopped fresh cilantro, and/or lime wedges

For Serving

  • Tortilla chips and/or mini bell peppers or other vegetables of choice

Instructions

  1. Spread Beans: Spread the refried beans in a thin layer onto a large plate or platter. Evenly sprinkle with taco seasoning to infuse flavor into the base layer.
  2. Add Guacamole: Spread the container of Good Foods Chunky or Spicy Guacamole evenly over the seasoned refried beans, forming the second creamy layer.
  3. Layer Salsa: Spoon your choice of salsa over the guacamole, spreading it out into a thin, even layer to add zest and moisture.
  4. Spread Sour Cream: Dollop the dairy-free sour cream or plain yogurt over the salsa in 8-10 small mounds. Using the back of a spoon or knife, gently spread it to cover the salsa layer smoothly.
  5. Add Vegetables: Top the sour cream evenly with quartered tomatoes, thinly sliced green onions, and diced yellow bell pepper. Add any additional desired toppings at this stage.
  6. Drizzle Queso Blanco and Garnish: Drizzle ⅓ to ½ cup of Good Foods Spicy Queso Blanco dip over the vegetable layer. Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeños, black olives, fresh chopped cilantro, and lime wedges to enhance flavor and presentation. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping vegetables.
