A rich and indulgent Biscoff Hot Chocolate combining the creamy sweetness of Biscoff spread with the comforting warmth of cocoa. Perfect for a cozy treat topped with whipped cream, drizzled Biscoff, and crunchy biscuit pieces for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Milk Base

  • 250 ml Milk (1 Cup)

Chocolate Mixture

  • 2 tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (or Hot Chocolate Powder)

Toppings

  • Whipped Cream (to taste)
  • 2 Biscoff Biscuits (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Drizzled Biscoff Spread

Instructions

  1. Heat the Milk: Pour 250 ml of milk into a pan and set it over medium to high heat. Stir the milk occasionally to prevent it from scalding, and when you see steam rising, remove the pan from the heat to prepare for mixing.
  2. Mix in Biscoff and Cocoa: Add 2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder) to the warm milk. Whisk thoroughly until the spread and cocoa are fully dissolved and incorporated into the milk, creating a smooth hot chocolate base.
  3. Reheat the Mixture: Return the pan to the heat and warm the mixture again until it starts to steam and tiny bubbles form around the edges, ensuring the hot chocolate is perfectly heated without boiling.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Pour the hot chocolate into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream, drizzle 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread over the cream, and sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top. Enjoy this luscious, comforting drink immediately.

Notes

  • Use full-fat milk for a creamier texture, or substitute with plant-based milk for a dairy-free option.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add a teaspoon of sugar or honey while heating the milk.
  • Adjust the amount of cocoa powder depending on how rich you want the chocolate flavor to be.
  • For extra frothiness, you can whisk the milk mixture vigorously or use a milk frother before serving.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture, as the whipped cream and drizzle melt over time.
