This Breakfast Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and nutritious treat perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. It combines creamy vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries, blueberries, crunchy granola, and chocolate chips, all frozen into bite-sized bark pieces that are both delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

Yogurt Base

  • 3 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt (675 g)

Toppings

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (180 g)
  • ½ cup blueberries (90 g)
  • ½ cup granola (70 g)
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips (30 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt base: Spread the whole milk vanilla yogurt evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for a thickness of about ¼ to ½ inch (0.6 to 1.2 cm). This ensures the bark will freeze properly and be easy to break into pieces.
  2. Add the toppings: Sprinkle the granola, chopped strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt layer. Use a spoon or spatula to gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they stick firmly once frozen.
  3. Freeze the bark: Place the baking sheet with the prepared yogurt and toppings into the freezer. Freeze for approximately 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely hard and frozen solid.
  4. Serve and store: Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • Use full-fat vanilla yogurt for creaminess, but Greek yogurt can be used for added protein and thickness.
  • Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, or other mix-ins.
  • Ensure the bark is fully frozen before breaking to prevent crumbling.
  • Store frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Let the bark sit for a few minutes at room temperature before eating if it’s too hard.
