This Chocolate Peanut Butter Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream is a creamy, high-protein treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and peanut butter with the natural sweetness of banana. Made with simple ingredients and crafted using the Ninja Creami machine, it's a healthy and delicious dessert perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while supporting your fitness goals.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • ½ Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more for mixing)

Toppings and Mix-ins

  • 2 Tablespoons granola or nuts
  • Additional almond milk (up to 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the chocolate protein powder, banana, peanut butter, and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into an empty Ninja Creami pint container. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to blend all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Freeze: Place the pint container in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 8 to 24 hours until it is fully solid.
  3. Spin (First Cycle): Attach the frozen pint to the Ninja Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream cycle once to churn and create a creamy texture.
  4. Add Milk and Mix-ins: Remove the pint from the machine, create a small well in the center of the ice cream, and add 1 tablespoon of almond milk along with the granola or nuts for added texture and flavor.
  5. Spin (Mix-In Cycle): Place the pint back into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Mix-In cycle to evenly incorporate the mix-ins into the ice cream.
  6. Optional Re-Spin: If the ice cream is still too powdery or not creamy enough, add another tablespoon of almond milk and run the Re-Spin cycle to improve the texture.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Once the ice cream reaches your desired creaminess, scoop it into bowls or enjoy directly from the pint. Feel free to add any additional toppings of your choice and savor your protein-packed dessert.

Notes

  • Freezing time can range from 8 to 24 hours; longer freezing leads to better texture.
  • If you don’t have a Ninja Creami, a blender and freezer can be used, but texture may differ.
  • Choose granola or nuts that complement the peanut butter and chocolate flavors.
  • Adjust the amount of almond milk to achieve your preferred creaminess.
  • This recipe serves one but can be doubled for more servings.
