Instructions

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Add green food coloring: Stir in green gel food coloring gradually until the marshmallow mixture turns a bright Grinch-like green color.
  3. Coat popcorn: Place the cooked popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Pour approximately half of the green marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently toss to evenly coat all the pieces without crushing them.
