Ingredients

1 medium ripe banana (with brown spots)

2 eggs

2 tablespoons coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, coconut flour, and milk, then whisk until a thick batter forms.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
