These Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups are a quick and delicious dessert that combines creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy crushed Oreos. Perfect for a sweet treat without turning on the oven, they come together in just 45 minutes and serve six people. Layered with whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumbs, these individual dessert cups are a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 24-26 Oreo cookies (more as desired)

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping

Topping

  • Additional whipped cream (optional)
  • Additional crushed Oreos (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos: Place the Oreos in a sealed plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin or a sturdy wooden spoon. Portion about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of each of six dessert dishes, each dish holding about 3/4 to 1 cup in volume. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to whip the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract and blend well. Gently fold in the Cool Whip to combine evenly, then fold in the remaining crushed Oreos carefully.
  3. Assemble Cups: Evenly distribute the cheesecake filling into the prepared dessert dishes, pressing gently on top of the Oreos at the bottom to form a layered base. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until set and ready to serve.
  4. Serve: Before serving, optionally top each cheesecake cup with a dollop of whipped cream and extra crushed Oreos for garnish. Enjoy this creamy, crunchy no-bake dessert!

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing and smoother texture.
  • For a more decadent flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
  • These cheesecake cups can be made a day ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
  • Use regular or double-stuffed Oreos depending on your preference for creaminess.
  • If desired, substitute Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste.
