A refreshing homemade version of the popular Starbucks Pink Drink made with fresh strawberries, white cranberry-strawberry juice, and sweetened vanilla coconut milk for a creamy, fruity beverage perfect for warm days or anytime you crave a light, sweet drink.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup stemmed and sliced fresh strawberries (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 cups Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Small ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Crush Strawberries: In a pitcher, add 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries. Very gently crush them using a muddler just enough to release some juice without completely smashing. The slices should remain mostly intact.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add 2 cups white cran-strawberry juice, 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk, and 4 teaspoons simple syrup into the pitcher with the crushed strawberries. Stir well to combine all the flavors evenly.
  3. Serve: Pour the mixture over small ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries if desired and serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

  • For a less sweet version, omit or reduce the simple syrup.
  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor, but frozen can work in a pinch—just thaw slightly before muddling.
  • Vanilla coconut milk adds creaminess; substitute with any sweetened plant milk if preferred.
  • The drink is best served chilled and fresh.
